Shipping & Handling:

For single or small orders, from the time of the order, it may take  2-10 working days. Any large or bulk orders shipping times will vary and be communicated via contact.

Your choice of shipping will be available during checkout.

Refund Policy:

Any and all specialty oders with personlized applications will not be refunded.

Otherwise our general return policy will allow returns from not worn, unwashed, unused articles initiated within 5 work days. Customer pays for shipping return, once return has been accepted, postage will be fully refunded.

Nonavailability refund policy:

In case of unforseen circumstances that prohibits the making of your produkt, a 100% refund will be given.

Washing Instructions:

Unless otherwise directed: All embroidered & hotpress garments are best hand washed or maschine washed at cold temperatures (45-60°F ) and tumble dry.

Hats are dry clean only.
